Friendly, welcoming group for people local to Blackbird and Greater Leys.
Tuesday afternoons 1.30-3.30pm. January 10 - March 27 (half term break Feb 14)

A LittleMore Singing
Friday morning sessions for older people who live in Littlemore, their friends and neighbours. Run in partnership with Age UK Oxfordshire. 10-11am at Littlemore Community Centre, Giles Road. £3. January 20th - March 30th.
Singing for Parkinsons
Janet will be starting a group soon for people with Parkinsons, plus friends and family. Venue and time to be confirmed. Please get in touch if you are interested, or know someone who might be.
Previous projects
We have run taster sessions/projects at the following venues and services:
Sheltered housing and nursing homes. West Indian Day Centre, Cowley; "Pepperpot" drop-in for people of African background and heritage in Blackbird Leys. Singing and percussion sessions for Refugee Resource and Harbour children's project (working with young refugees and asylum-seekers). Performing group at Barton. Creative sessions at MIND centres. Family singing sessions in Littlemore, Blackbird Leys and at Oxfordshire County Music Service.
We have also provided singing input for conferences and workplaces, including an Arts and Health conference organised by Brookes University, a celebratory event for a national arts and mental health scheme, and workplace sessions at OXFAM.
